Balance and withdrawal policy
Your balance is your money. Here is exactly how you get it back.
No expiry
Balances do not expire. There are no dormancy fees, no monthly deductions, and no forfeiture. A balance you top up today is spendable in five years.
Records and reconciliation
Every balance credit and debit is recorded in your account ledger. We compare that ledger with the displayed balance each night and investigate any discrepancy before processing further balance activity.
How to withdraw
Open your account, choose Request withdrawal, enter the amount and a receiving address. We email you a confirmation link. Nothing moves until you click it — that link is what protects your balance if someone else reaches your inbox.
When you confirm, the amount is reserved immediately and deducted from your spendable balance so it cannot be spent twice.
Timeframe
We send confirmed withdrawals within one business day. Network fees for the outbound transaction are deducted from the amount withdrawn; we do not add a withdrawal charge of our own.
Bonus credit
Promotional bonus credit is spendable on orders but is not withdrawable in crypto. Where a balance contains both, withdrawals draw from paid credit first. Bonus amounts are always shown before you pay, never after.
