Terms of service
Plain terms for a simple service: you pay in crypto, we deliver a prepaid access code, and anything you do not spend stays yours.
Who we are
Claude Store is operated by Djali et fils LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States under filing ID 2026-001899332, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are an independent reseller of prepaid access codes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Anthropic or any other vendor whose subscriptions we resell, and we do not act as their agent.
What you are buying
A prepaid access code, or prepaid API credit, for a third-party service. The code is the product. Your relationship with the underlying vendor, including their own terms and any account suspension, is between you and them.
Prices are quoted at the exchange rate shown on the board at the moment your invoice is created, and that rate is held for fifteen minutes. No spread is added after the quote. Our handling commission is shown separately on every price, before you pay.
Delivery
Every order is checked by a person before a code is released. Median delivery is four minutes from network confirmation; orders placed in quiet hours can take longer. If we cannot deliver, we refund in full to your wallet balance or in crypto, at your choice.
Your wallet balance
A balance is money you have paid us and not yet spent. It remains your money until you spend it. It never expires.
We do not spend customer balances on inventory or on running costs. Balances are held separately from operating funds.
If we stop trading, outstanding balances are returned to their holders in crypto before any other creditor is paid, using the addresses on file or an address you provide on request.
You can withdraw an unspent balance at any time. See the balance and withdrawal policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to launder funds, to buy on behalf of a sanctioned party, or to resell codes you have obtained fraudulently. We refuse and refund orders we believe are fraudulent, and we cooperate with lawful requests.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for a vendor changing their pricing, terms, or availability, nor for losses arising from your own account with that vendor.
Changes
We will post changes to these terms on this page with a new date. Changes never apply retroactively to an order already placed or to a balance already held.
