Terms of service
Plain terms for a simple service: you pay in crypto, we deliver a prepaid access code, and anything you do not spend stays yours.
Who we are
Claude Store is operated by Djali et fils LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States under filing ID 2026-001899332, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are an independent reseller of prepaid access codes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Anthropic or any other vendor whose subscriptions we resell, and we do not act as their agent.
What you are buying
A prepaid access code, or prepaid API credit, for a third-party service. The code is the product. Your relationship with the underlying vendor, including their own terms and any account suspension, is between you and them.
For direct crypto orders, the private payment page creates the actual exchange-rate quote and holds the exact crypto amount for twenty minutes. The public board is indicative only. Our handling commission is shown separately before you pay.
Delivery
Every payment and order is checked by a person before delivery. We email status updates and the code or access details when ready. If we cannot deliver, we refund in full to your wallet balance or in crypto, at your choice.
Your wallet balance
Your account ledger records the amount you have paid and not yet spent. The displayed balance does not expire.
We reconcile every recorded credit and debit against the displayed account balance each night and investigate any discrepancy.
You can request withdrawal of eligible paid credit under the balance and withdrawal policy. Promotional bonus credit is not withdrawable.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to launder funds, to buy on behalf of a sanctioned party, or to resell codes you have obtained fraudulently. We refuse and refund orders we believe are fraudulent, and we cooperate with lawful requests.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for a vendor changing their pricing, terms, or availability, nor for losses arising from your own account with that vendor.
Changes
We will post changes to these terms on this page with a new date. Changes never apply retroactively to an order already placed or to a balance already held.
